We want to make sure that everyone can work safely every day. That’s why we have developed our own work approach: The I WORK SIA approach. These rules form the basis of the way we work. In order to give tangible form to the I WORK SIA method, we have also set out 7 key points alongside the 3 main principles. These points form the basis of the way we work.
SAFELY
We are safety conscious at work. Every day. We make sure that we work safely ourselves and we pay attention to the safety of others. We work safely by observing the regulations at the worksite and by taking care when using equipment.
INFORMATIVELY
Safety is an integral part of our work approach. We keep each other up to date about developments and improvements so that our safe working practices can be constantly improved. We give feedback to suggestions from others. By informing each other about working safely, we know what we are doing and why.
ATTENTIVELY
Continuous attention to each other’s safety. We are attentive to our own and each other’s actions and we know where to report unsafe situations, which are dealt with immediately. By being attentive we ensure that we have a safe environment where everyone can be happy at work.
